#341 Due Process
Are you familiar with the term “kerning”? It has to do with the amount of empty space between letters in a typeface. I like the font I currenly use, but in certain cases some of the letters are too close together. One such case occurs in the name “Clint”. I’ve found that if I don’t increase the kerning for that one word, it’s big problem.
So that’s the origin of the stray hair.
Oh dear, if you hadn’t noticed that kerning issue, it might have changed the tone of the comic a bit.

You use Photoshop, right? What kind of kerning options does it give you?
I used to use Paintshop and it had a very nice auto-kerning option and I never had to worry about it; but when I moved to GIMP I found it didn’t have it.
