I don’t want to give the impression that everyone’s always peeing on the streets in Japan, because they don’t. Mainly it’s small children and drunk people, and it’s more common in the countryside. They call it “Tachishouben”, which literally means “standing pee”.
Ha! I’ve seen that happen right here in the good old US of A.
Brooke and Alec look like crap in the first panel, almost like they’re sick. Is all of that really just the humidity?
