This is uncharacteristic of the Chief to confide in Foxx. I would like to believe in the idea that everyone has a better nature and maybe the Chief has some noble reason, i.e. family protection, to be in with the mob but then again he has been such an @$$ that I cannot help but to remain suspicious of him.
What are we going to see here… A budding partnership between the chief and his best officer? Or the betrayal of said officer by her superior?
